Once there you'll want to try to get a team for the first dungeon, which isn't TOO hard but Sir Blackwater can get a bit frustrating with his cheat cycles. You basically just have to pack feints and other traps based on your hitter's school and survive til round 5 because you won't be able to use more than like two buffs due to the cheat cycle.. Sir Blackwater was a paladin of the forces of Light who was on a quest to rid Darkmoor of all Vampires. He was killed in a confrontation with Lord Shane von Shane, who reanimated him and trapped his spirit within the halls of Castle Darkmoor, forced him to serve the "unending darkness" for all eternity.
