November 23. Sujo John. It's been about two decades since Sujo and his wife Mary left Calcutta and moved to New York City. In 2008, Sujo started "I Am Second," a Dallas-based nonprofit experiment. His question was: What would happen if he cast a vision of a life lived for something greater than himself? To answer that, his group started by telling twenty short-film stories about real.. Sujo's survival that fateful day proved to be the launching point for his motivational speaking career. Today he shares his story of hope and resilience to universities, sporting events, Fortune 500 companies and festivals in hundreds of cities in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Sujo says the simple Gospel needs to be preached and he challenges the American church to share its faith. Christians need to "come out of the closet," make the Gospel seen and live it out loud. We need to give and be Jesus in our communities. Sujo says that there is a mandate over this generation - to be Jesus' hands and feet.. Sujo John is a motivational speaker and humanitarian who has taken his message of resilience and hope to millions around the world. He is also the founder of YouCanFreeUs, an international human rights organization that is fighting modern slavery around the world.
