Undead Legacy 2.7 update for A21 is still being worked on and will be ready when it's ready. In the meantime you either have to wait or play UL 2.6 for A20.7. Undead Legacy does NOT work with the current Alpha 21. You need to install Undead Legacy over a Alpha 20.7 install. Do that by right-clicking 7 Days to Die in steam, go into "Properties"->"Beta", and select "Alpha20.7 - Alpha 20.7 Stable" in the drop-down.
