Edward 'Ed Nicholls was another Gore Floor survivor (Gore Floor being the 78th floor of Tower 2). Nicholls worked at the 102th floor and was helped by victim Moira Smith. Moira Smith was a NYPD officer and helped many people, which included Martin Glynn, another Gore Floor survivor.. The husband of a woman who died saving others during the Sept. 11 attacks has returned her Glamour Magazine's Woman of the Year award after Caitlyn Jenner was given the Transgender Champion award.

In the 9/11 attacks, New York City witnessed unimaginable devastation as the events of that day unfolded and changed countless lives forever.
