The SYS sounds really nice. There is that slight lack of drive I've heard before with passive preamps but detail and transparency is quite good. None of that (minor) JFET darkness of the Classe either. I should try the Schiit Mani/SYS combination out with my Thorens TD309 but I'll have to wait until some winter laziness wears off.. I've considered getting a Schiit Sys, but currently the Control Freaks are doing the job quite nicely. I have multiple digital sources, but just plug them into a DAC.
