About a week ago (maybe longer?) my Rachio 3 went offline. This coincided with Rachio saying there was some problem with Amazon Web Services and the app so I thought it was related. Nope. AWS issue resolved and I'm still offline. When I go to Rachio's support page I see this: "Rachio 3 WiFi Troubleshooting: Quadrant 2 Flashing Yellow.. Steps to ensure your Rachio is getting reliable Wi-Fi: Try restarting your router. For quick troubleshooting help, tap the "Offline" banner to access our in-app Wi-Fi help tool. If the connectivity issues happen often, or if your controller is ever offline for 24 hours or more, you can view this in the History feed by tapping the "Settings.
Note. While offline for long periods, your controller will run the last saved schedule created in the Rachio app. Any updates/changes to these watering schedules will be uploaded to the controller the next time it reconnects with the cloud.. Controller status describes the current activity level of your Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller. There are six statuses: Idle - Your controller is connected and ready to water. Offline - Your controller is not currently connected to a network and cannot communicate with your sprinkler system.
