Hi Laura, To delete the print jobs from the Print queue, try this: 1) Go to Control Panel>Printer>Double click your printer. 2) You should be able to see the print queue with the pending print jobs. 3) Click Cancel All Documents 4) Wait for the printer to respond and now restart the printer and check. Also try restarting the Print Spooler Service. 1) Go to Control Panel>System and Maintenance.. Check the Print History Folder: Look for the "Print History" or "Print Queue" folder on your computer's hard drive or external storage device, and delete any unnecessary files. Update Your Print Driver: Make sure your printer driver is up-to-date, as outdated drivers can cause print history to linger.
