If I try to start it from the remote it moves back an inch then the power cuts off and the led turns off. When I put it back on the dock i get a longer two tone beep followed by a single beep. It charges a few seconds (blinking orange) then it turns solid red again. Edit: i forgot to mention mine is Robovac 12.. Do this if your EUFY is stuck on the red light while charging: 1.
