Comfort Aire Rheem Conquest 80 furnace.. So I am having the same problem most of us newbies have. I turn up the thermostat, furnace kicks on with a winding up sound, then it sounds like the gas kicks in. But just before the fans turn on, gas cuts off and cold air is blowing. I can hear the gas kicking on and off a couple times before it.. I have a Conquest 80 gas furnace and I'd like a good source for parts. In particular, the fan blower motor, and possibly the draft inducer. The model number is: GKDA75-E3N The serial number is: CMID302F03932834 I'm given to understand that the furnace is made by a Michigan company called Heat Controller.
