Went to the Dealer this morning and a tech came out to see why I could not reset service. It turns out the reset is not from the dash but through the vehicle section on the center infotainment screen, all is good now, have been driving around this morning and the coolant smell is back, so booked into service for next week, hopefully this will be a simple thing also.. Sorta. I took mine for it's first oil change 10/21/2023. The garage was able to reset the mileage & date for the oil life and is counting down the miles & days. However, there is a pop-up that comes up on the right hand side of the dash inside the circle area that says reset Oil life after oil change, and continues to pop-up while driving..
