While wearing this ring, you have advantage on attack rolls against elementals from the linked plane, and they have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you have an Amulet of the Eye you can easily TP to earth alter for the sawmill and then TP to the bank at GOTR. It's also super helpful for Mahogany Homes for teleporting to Varrock and Falador.
