I know u can double stack the original mod with deadhead arcanes but if we had primed version of those mods, I would have more flexibility in terms of what other arcanes to choose from. Also allows me to have the freedom to fully counteract recoil penalties from rivens, or even gain some additional recoil reduction after counteracting the recoil penalty (I.E +60% recoil penalty from riven but.. A priority list of the Primed Mods that can be purchased from Baro Ki'teer with Ducats. The priority is evaluated primarily based on frequency of use.
