Today I'm covering the myriad mechanic. This is one of those mechanics specifically created and designed for multiplayer formats, and it's got a lot of potential in Commander.. Myriad also appeared in non- Standard sets like Ravnica: Clue Edition and Modern Horizons 3 Commander. Muddle, the Ever-Changing (Secrets of Strixhaven Commander) was the first card with Myriad to be added to MTG Arena. Though Arena doesn't have a multiplayer option, the card was deemed to be still interesting enough in a 1v1 game.

The myriad mechanic is an excellent example; designed for multiplayer, it can't be broken in 1v1 and has intriguing implications once you add the mechanic to creatures without it. Let's delve into the mysteries of myriad to understand what it does and look at the best myriad cards in Magic!. I m still new to mtg but i m unsure about how myriad works mainly the tokens copy. Lets say i have tiamat's fanatics n the myriad trigger. Is the attacking token copies also a 4/3 tiamat's fanatic or a 1/1. The confusion happened cause i played with 2 pods n their ruling on myriad works differently
