The Cocoon of Finality is an imaginary entity that exists within Imaginary Space. Wielding the Authority of Finality, it rules over the Honkai in it's quest to embrace humanity. It contains a true Imaginary Singularity, projecting it out onto the different Herrscher Cores it creates.. According to the Cocoon of Finality article for the official Gamepedia for Honkai Impact 3rd, the Cocoon of Finality's power dwarfs the power of all of Herrschers except for the Herrscher of Finality. This, however, includes all of the other Herrschers who are already Low 1-A via scaling with the Imaginary Tree.
